25 Jul Turkish Foundations Law No. 5737 – English Translation
The Turkish Foundations Law No. 5737 is the principal legislative framework governing the foundations sector in the Republic of Türkiye. It establishes the legal rules relating to the establishment, administration, supervision, and management of foundations, regulates the administration and utilization of foundation assets, and defines the legal status, powers, and responsibilities of the General Directorate of Foundations as well as the various categories of foundations recognized under Turkish law.
Drawing on the extensive expertise of ZD General Consultation in legal consultancy, governance, and compliance for foundations, associations, and other non-profit organizations, we have prepared a specialized legal translation of this Law in both Arabic and English, based exclusively on the official Turkish text.

The official Turkish text published in the Official Gazette remains the only legally binding version of the Law for interpretation and application.
